Abstract

from the results of this practical fieldwork entitled "Recruitment and Selection Process at PT Sanbio Laboratories" is one of the requirements to fulfill the Management Study program course at the Tri Bhakti College of Economics. This writing was obtained from the internship activities of the HRD division at PT Sanbio Laboratories. The report focuses on three formulations of how the recruitment process is at PT Sanbio Laboratories, what are the obstacles to the Recruitment and Selection Process at PT Sanbio Laboratories, and what are the solutions to overcome obstacles in the Recruitment and Selection Process, PT Sanbio Laboratories is a company that operates in the field of animal vaccines.
