Abstract

The purpose of this internship report is to find out about the correct way to carry out the process of storing and distributing materials through warehouse management practices. Apart from that, we will find out how effective warehouse management is in storing and distributing materials. The methods used in making this report are observation and interview methods. From the results of this report, problems were found, namely the lack of tools such as forklifts in the storage and distribution process, resulting in lead times that were less effective and not in line with the company's productivity, in terms of the layout of the storage area, sometimes materials were not placed in the proper place. So it is hoped that more attention and evaluation will be needed in order to increase company productivity.
