Abstract

In the shipment of goods, a delivery letter known as a delivery note is required, which involves administrative processes. Warehouse administration encompasses all records of incoming and outgoing goods, facilitating operational control through data accuracy. This Field Work Practice Report was conducted at PT Siantar Top Tbk Bekasi, a company in the snack food industry. The methods used in the Field Work Practice were observation, interviews, and documentation. The purpose of this report is to understand the warehouse administration and shipment process of finished goods according to the operational procedures at PT Siantar Top Tbk, aiming to identify areas for improvement in processes that do not support company policies.
