Abstract

The purpose of writing is for the Cash Out Accounting Information System at PT Mensa Binasukses. Because cash transactions are very crucial, it is necessary to use information technology in recording and managing them. In this case, the accounting information system plays a role in doing this. PT Mensa Binasukses uses an application called IFS. The importance of implementing information technology in pharmaceutical distributors such as PT. Mensa Binasukses, which faces problems in managing payments to expeditions. This distributor needs an accounting information system that can manage cash out transactions effectively. The accounting information system will assist in recording, processing and reporting cash out transactions accurately and on time, so as to minimize delays in payments to expeditions. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview and observation methods. The author learned several important things related to cash disbursement procedures, including the existing obstacles. For this reason, the author provides several suggestions for dealing with existing obstacles.
