Abstract

PT Maju Mandiri Utama is an Upstream Oil and Gas company that provides local products, repairs and rentals. Mainly providing Submersible Pumps & Surface Equipment, Injection & Surface Transfer Pumps, and Generator Sets. This internship report was carried out with the aim of analyzing employee motivation, as well as how employee motivation affects employee performance at PT Maju Mandiri Utama. Employee motivation is a top priority for employees to improve employee performance and cooperation among employees so that it can make it easier to achieve company goals that have been implemented even though the branches are spread across various locations. The author will analyze the important role of human resource motivation in the continued success of a PT company. FORWARD MAIN MANDIRI. Therefore, the author will provide input or suggestions to improve employee performance and increase cooperation between fellow employees by increasing motivation and providing insentive work to employees at PT Maju Mandiri Utama.
