Abstract

This Internship Report regarding taxes is motivated by the role of tax consultant services in implementing company obligations and increasing state income originating from taxes. Tax consultants as parties who provide services in the field of taxation are obliged to provide services regarding taxation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The purpose of this internship report is to find out how to implement Income Tax and Value Added Tax obligations in tax practice and theory. The object of writing is the entire process of implementing Income Tax and Value Added Tax obligations which is based on the results of the internship program at the Jephta Nasib Junihol Public Accounting Firm for implementing Income Tax and Value Added Tax obligations. The processes carried out in implementing Income Tax and Value Added Tax obligations are tax calculation, tax payment and tax reporting. These three points are translated into procedures for implementing tax obligations that must be carried out by tax consultants to carry out tax obligations at the Jephta Nasib Junihol Public Accounting Firm.
