Abstract

Objective: This research aims to examine and analyze the relationship between Company Size, Profitability, Free Cash Flow and Enterprise Risk Management on Dividend Policy. Design/methodology/approach: This research was conducted using purposive sampling technique. This research data includes 106 observations that focus on financial sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with 18 research samples during 2016-2023. The author tested the hypothesis using a panel data regression model with the eviews 9 software tool. Findings: The results of this study found that Company Size has no effect on Dividend Policy, Profitability has effect on Dividend Policy, Free Cash Flow has effect on Dividend Policy, and Enterprise Risk Management has no effect on Dividend Policy. Originality/Value: This research focuses on Dividend Policy where this research is research that discusses Company Size, Profitability, Free Cash Flow and discusses Enterprise Risk Management in financial sector companies.
