Abstract

This internship report discusses the role of the Tax Court One (TC One) information system as an administrative tool in the Tax Court Secretariat. The main issue addressed is how TC One supports the smooth operation of court administration and the technical challenges encountered during its implementation. The purpose of this internship is to gain a deeper understanding of how information systems are applied in supporting legal administrative processes within a government-based institution. The methods used include direct observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The findings reveal that TC One plays a vital role in the preparation of Dispute Case Summaries, Court Hearing Minutes, and the efficient, accountable management of electronic documents. However, several obstacles were identified, such as system errors during document uploads, inaccessibility of data, and increased workload due to a surge in case volume. The conclusion of this report affirms that digitalization through TC One enhances productivity and transparency, yet it requires improvements in system infrastructure and human resource capacity to achieve sustainable optimization.
