Abstract

The development of digital technology has encouraged business actors to adapt to more modern marketing methods, one of which is through social media. This internship report discusses the application of digital marketing methods carried out by the Vaporizer Team vape shop located in Citeureup, Bogor Regency. The goal of this internship is to understand how social media is utilized to increase sales and build relationships with consumers. The methods used in this internship include field studies and literature studies. The results of the internship show that social media such as Instagram and WhatsApp are the main platforms for promotional activities, customer interactions, and ordering services. implemented include creating visual product content, writing interesting captions, and consistency in posting schedules. The obstacles faced include limited human resources and technical understanding regarding optimizing social media algorithms. Overall, in the retail sector, especially in the vape industry, marketing via social media has proven to be effective in increasing brand visibility and reaching consumers at large.
