Abstract

This internship-related report outlines the steps for inputting customer data to support the accounting information system at the Pegadaian Tambun Branch. The process of inputting customer data is a crucial initial phase to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data, which is the basis for processing accounting information. During the internship period, the author studied and implemented steps for collecting, verifying and recording customer data, including identity and financial transactions, by following structured and systematic procedures. The implementation of these steps is aimed at reducing errors in input and accelerating efficiency in data processing. Apart from that, the use of information technology in the data input process speeds up management and increases the reliability of the accounting information system at the Pegadaian Tambun Branch. With valid and well-administered customer data, the accounting information system is able to produce accurate and timely financial reports, thereby supporting the company's managerial decisions
