Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence on the influence of Green Accounting, Carbon Emission Disclosure, Institutional Ownership, and Profitability on Stock Price. This research adopts a quantitative approach. The sample consists of 35 companies in the automotive sub-sector and the transportation & logistiks sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2020–2024. Multiple regression analysis is employed to test the hypotheses using E-Views 9 software. The findings reveal that Green Accounting has a negative and statistically insignificant effect on Stock Price. Carbon Emission Disclosure has a positive and statistically significant effect on Stock Price. Institutional Ownership also shows a positive and statistically significant effect on Stock Price. Meanwhile, Profitability demonstrates a positive but statistically insignificant effect on Stock Price. This study contributes to the literature by examining the determinants of Stock Price, particularly focusing on Green Accounting, Carbon Emission Disclosure, Institutional Ownership, and Profitability within the context of the automotive sub-sector and the transportation & logistiks sector in Indonesia.
