Abstract

Design/Methodology/Approach – This study uses quantitative research. The sample consists of 26 companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2023. The analysis technique used to test the hypotheses is a statistical test or t-test using SPSS version 26 software. Findings – This study found that Debt to Equity has a positive and statistically significant effect on profit growth. Return on Equity has a significant effect on profit growth, while Current Ratio and Total Assets Turnover have no effect on profit growth. Originality/Value – This study examines profit growth and other factors such as the Current Ratio, debt-to-equity ratio, Return on Equity, and Total Asset Turnover, focusing on the food and beverage sub-sector.
