Abstract

The internship was carried out for approximately three months, during which the author was directly involved in administrative activities such as manual document verification, data entry into spreadsheets, and the processing of managerial signatures. The purpose of this report is to understand how administration systems are implemented in a construction project work environment, as well as to identify the benefits and challenges encountered in practice. Observations show that the implementation of administration has a positive impact on work efficiency, particularly in the documentation and reporting processes. systems facilitate data access, speed up data entry, and reduce the risk of recording errors. However, there are still several obstacles, such as limited work devices, manual input errors, and restricted internet access at project locations. These challenges are addressed through a hybrid working system, staff training, and more intensive interdepartmental coordination.
