Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, company size and liquidity on the financial performance of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2024. Design/Methodology/Approach - This study uses a type of quantitative method research with a correlational approach. The population of this research is mining companies which have 63 companies. The sample of this study is a mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2024 as many as 22 companies that were selected and met the research criteria. This study uses documents in the form of annual financial reports of mining companies listed on the IDX through the official website of the Stock Exchange (IDX). The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. Findings - The results of this study indicate that capital structure has no significant effect on financial performance, company size has a significant effect on financial performance, and liquidity has no significant effect on financial performance. Originality/value - This study discusses other influencing financial performance such as capital structure, firm size and liquidity as independent variables.
