Abstract

This internship report aims to examine the mechanism for inputting output tax invoices using the Coretax system at HLT Tax Consultant and to analyze the obstacles encountered during the output tax invoice input process. The methods employed in preparing this internship report include interviews, observation, literature review, and documentation. The results indicate that the inputting of output tax invoices is carried out through the Coretax system in accordance with the applicable tax regulations, beginning with the receipt of transaction data, verification of document completeness, and continuing through the creation and validation of electronic tax invoices. The obstacles encountered during the process include data input errors and technical issues within the Coretax system, which may hinder the issuance of tax invoices. These findings highlight the importance of accuracy in data entry and a thorough understanding of the Coretax system to ensure that the output tax invoice input process is conducted effectively, accurately, and in compliance with the prevailing tax regulations.
