Abstract

This internship report was prepared based on activities carried out in the Human Capital Operations Department of PT Mensa Binasukses, focusing on employee personnel data management. The report aims to describe the personnel data management process and analyze the implementation of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and records management in supporting human resource administration. Data were collected through field studies, including observation, direct work practice, and documentation, as well as literature studies. During the internship, the author was involved in document digitization, updating employee data in the HRIS, reviewing and scanning new employee documents, monitoring incomplete documents, and assisting in the distribution of personnel documents. The results show that personnel administration has been supported by the HRIS; however, several employee records have not yet been digitized, and physical archive storage remains limited. Therefore, continuous document digitization and proper records management are required to improve the effectiveness of personnel administration.
