Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of testing and analyzing the effect of good corporate governance, company size, and capital structure on financial performance in state-owned enterprises (BUMN) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were all state-owned enterprises (SOEs) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while the samples that met the sampling criteria were observations made for 10 years and as many as 22 state-owned enterprises (SOEs) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research approach uses quantitative research. The data collection technique in this study uses documentation techniques. and the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the independent variables in this study had a simultaneous influence on financial performance while partial testing proved that good corporate governance variable had a significant positive effect on financial performance, company size had a significant negative effect on financial performance and capital structure had no effect on financial performance.
