Abstract

Incoming and outgoing goods procedures have an important role in the efficiency and operation of the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of incoming and outgoing goods procedures carried out by PT. Andara Prima Utama. The methods used are through interviews with employees directly, literature study methods and documentation. The distribution of this research reveals that the procedure for incoming goods and outgoing goods is quite effective and appropriate. However, there are several obstacles in recording warehouse administration, namely the difference in goods between recording and physical goods contained in the warehouse, the arrangement of the warehouse is not neat enough resulting in difficulties when searching for goods.
