Abstract

In trading companies, the sales process is an activity that is very important for the survival of the company. Inventory is one of the things that must be considered in a sales process because it has a direct effect on the smooth running of the sales process. Inventory in this research is focused on beverage product inventory. Having beverage products that match the number of sales process requirements, are available on time when needed and are of high quality, of course really supports the sales process to run smoothly. The author will discuss the Goods Delivery Cycle for ordered goods, on time delivery, and product quality at PT. Surya Pangan Sejahtera. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and observation methods. The results of data collection conclude that the goods delivery cycle is in accordance with procedures, in developing its business, the Company has several obstacles such as organizational functions that run in the Company do not run in the Company, where the function of this causes the risk of not running smoothly, this can increase the risk of risks or fraud committed.
