Abstract

The Field Work Practice Report of the Management Study Program, Tri Bhakti College of Economics entitled "Optimizing the Recruitment and Selection Process at PT Selaras Citra Nusantara Perkasa Tbk" and has a problem formulation, namely how to optimize the recruitment process of PT Selaras Citra Nusantara Perkasa Tbk. This topic is interesting to discuss because it has a direct impact on the efficiency and sustainability of the company's operations. Through the internship experience, students can directly observe the recruitment process, identify existing weaknesses, and formulate improvement strategies. The objective to be achieved by the author of the Field Work Practice Report is to find out the recruitment process of PT Selaras Citra Nusantara Perkasa Tbk. The Field Work Practice method used is to conduct Documentation, Observation, Interview. Recruitment and selection carried out by PT Selaras Citra Nusantara Perkasa Tbk. can be said to be good if the stages of the recruitment process go through 4 stages, namely the preparation of recruitment strategies, search for applicants, elimination of applicants, and making groups of applicants according to needs. The conclusion of this study is to optimize the recruitment carried out by PT Selaras Citra Nusantara Perkasa Tbk which has carried out the recruitment stages effectively, and PT Selaras Citra Nusantara Perkasa Tbk has implemented the selection stages in general carried out by companies in the manufacturing sector.
