Abstract

This Field Work Practice Report is entitled "Administrative Procedures for Official Travel of Employees of the Dispute Control and Handling Section at ATR/BPN Bekasi City". This Field Work Practice Report aims to find out the official travel procedures carried out by employees of the Dispute Control and Handling Section at ATR/BPN Bekasi City. The data sources in this report are the Head of Section and employees. This Field Work Practice Report uses a qualitative approach using observation and interview methods. Based on the report, the official travel procedure carried out by employees to attend the trial in the Court, goes through several stages, such as submitting an application, approval from the superior, making a letter of assignment, power of attorney and a letter of results of the official trip. Official trips are carried out to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of employees.
