Abstract

Report on the Field Work Practice of the Tri Bhakti College of Economics Management Study Program with the entitled "The Role of HR Information Systems and Organizational Culture in the Department of Tourism and Culture" and has a problem formulation, namely what is the role of organizational culture in the Department of Tourism and Culture and what problems occur in implementing the HR information system. The method used is observation and interviews during field work practice. The research results show that the Department of Tourism and Culture has implemented the Employee Application Information System (SIAP) to increase the efficiency of the personnel process. However, the use of SIAP faces challenges such as limited hardware, imperfect system integration, and lack of technical ability of employees. The organizational culture adopts BerAKHLAK values with a focus on the "Adaptive" aspect. The relationship between the implementation of HR information systems and organizational culture, namely the shift to digital systems reflects cultural changes towards technology. It is recommended to carry out continuous evaluation of SIAP implementation, strengthen leadership, improve internal communication, and conduct digital skills training programs for employees.
