Abstract

Preparing relevant and quality human resources to face the challenges and possibilities that will occur in the field in the future. Factors causing full time employee overtime and what is the procedure for reporting overtime orders. The methods used in this report are direct work practice, interviews and direct observation. Based on the findings in the field, the number of full time employees was 168 workers with a fairly high target. The company decided to implement the Overtime concept. The supervisor fills out an overtime order which is submitted to the plant admin for recording to be reported to management. This aims to ensure that PT Clariants Adsorbents Indonesia can carry out overtime for full time employees in accordance with procedures and as appropriate in the future.
