Abstract

This report was conducted at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, Bogasari Division. This report is important as it provides insights into how human resource practices, particularly recruitment and selection, impact employee performance. Although not specifically mentioned, it can be assumed that this research involves recruitment and selection practices at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, Bogasari Division.
