Abstract

Field Work Practice Report of the Economics Study Program, Department of Management, Tri Bhakti College of Economics entitled "Purchasing Administration Process in PT.Basuki Rahmanta Putra, and has a problem formulation, namely How is the administrative process of purchasing goods at PT.Basuki Rahmanta Putra. This research was conducted at PT Basuki Rahmanta Putra, which is a service company that offers construction services. Field Work Practice methods used Interviews, observations, and literature studies. The administrative process of purchasing goods is very important to ensure that the purchasing process is carried out efficiently and effectively, as well as meeting the needs of the company at the best price and reducing the time and costs used in the purchasing process. This administrative process aims to ensure that the goods required are in accordance with the needs in the field, this will reduce the purchase of excessive goods.
