Abstract

In the era of globalization and increasingly fierce business competition, companies are facing major challenges in managing human resources. To overcome this challenge, many companies have turned to using outsourced labor as a strategic solution. The purpose of this internship report is to find out the constraints of the recruitment process carried out in obtaining outsourced labor. The methods used in making this report are observation, interview, and literature study. From the results of this report, the company experienced obstacles in the recruitment process of outsourced labor so that the requirements and qualifications needed were less than optimal such as competition to get quality candidates, the time needed for the recruitment process and the adjustment between client expectations and labor qualifications. The solution to the obstacles faced is to implement a comprehensive technology-based recruitment system.
