Abstract

Employee satisfaction surveys are a crucial practice within a company to measure employees' dedication levels and understand their needs to enhance performance. Employee job satisfaction influences their attitudes and behaviors towards work, which can positively or negatively impact productivity and discipline. The survey process begins with meticulous planning, including goal setting, designing relevant questionnaires, and selecting structured methods and questions. PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, Bogasari Flour Mills Division, utilizes Google Form for online surveys to ensure broad participation from all employees. Survey results are not only used for evaluation but also to foster better communication between management and employees, create a positive work environment, and enhance employee engagement. Effective implementation of employee satisfaction surveys is key to successful human resource management strategies and contributes to long-term company goals.
