Abstract
This internship report evaluates the recruitment process at Odysee Education, focusing on its alignment with established HRM theories, particularly those proposed by Gary Dessler. The study identifies several challenges faced by Odysee Education, including short lead times for teacher requests, specific preferences from schools, the CEO's busy schedule, candidate loss due to delays, lack of specific interview questions, and ineffective initial screening. The report provides recommendations for improving the recruitment process by adopting structured interviews, providing interviewer training, using technology like ATS (Applicant Tracking Software) and online psychological behavior tests, and ensuring consistent feedback to candidates. The goal is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process, ensuring it supports the strategic objectives of the organization.
