Abstract

This Field Work Practice Report entitled "Controlling and Handling Disputes in Agrarian and Spatial Planning (ATR)/National Land Agency (BPN) Bekasi City" is one of the requirements for fulfilling the courses of the Management Study Program, Tri Bhakti College of Economics. The writing of this report was obtained from the results of the author's internship activities at ATR/BPN Bekasi City. ATR/BPN Bekasi City is a non-ministerial government agency/institution that serves in the field of land, such as services on land issues, namely dispute cases, This report focuses on three formulations, namely public services, dispute control and handling in ATR/BPN Bekasi City, as well as administrative processes in the dispute control and handling section,. This method of fieldwork practice includes observation, active participation and documentation.
