Abstract

General Affairs is an important part of a company's operations. Every company must procure goods or services aimed at supporting the company's activities. Each company has different needs and different application systems. So what is the role of General Affairs Town Management at PT Bina Nusantara Raya in proposing goods and services. From the results of observations carried out using the field study method to determine the flow of funding applications for procurement of goods. So the results obtained were that the flow of applying for funds for General Affair to carry out procurement was running quite well and was structured by utilizing software as a submission system. However, there are several obstacles in the application flow so there must be consistent and continuous control so that the application system for procurement at Town Management PT Bina Nusantara Raya will run better.
