Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to know the Internal Control System against Small Cases at Khita Kharisma Mandiri. The Internal Control System of Small Cash is carried out by all divisions, corrected by the general admin and approved by Finance. The allocation of cash is very important, because there are expenditures that are going to occur that lead to the possibility of calculation errors. For Finance Khita Kharisma Mandiri related small cash is assisted with general admin so Finance does not work on its own. Finance reserves the right to accept and reject any expenditure that does not comply with the funds requested by another division, as any kind of expenditures will be to Management and Finance is the person responsible for all financial reports available. Data collection techniques are done through the method of interviews and observations. The results of data collection concluded that the Internal Control System on Small Cases at Khita Kharisma Mandiri still exists inequalities in cash calculations. The author also gives some suggestions to deal with the existing obstacles.
