Abstract

This Field Work Practice Report titled "Purchasing in Equipment Procurement for the Equipment Division of PT Basuki Rahmanta Putra" is one of the requirements to fulfill the course in the Management Study Program at Tri Bhakti School of Economics. The writing of this report is obtained from the results of the author's internship activities in the Equipment Division of PT Basuki Rahmanta Putra. PT Basuki Rahmanta Putra is a construction service company engaged in establishing and running a building bureau business by planning and implementing Architecture and Civil Engineering construction with a B (Large) classification. The Equipment Division of PT Basuki Rahmanta Putra is an important operational unit within the company structure responsible for managing, maintaining, and procuring various equipment used in the company's operations. The report focuses on three problem formulations: the role of Purchasing Administration in goods procurement, challenges in goods procurement, and the solutions provided. The methods used in this field work practice include active participation, observation, interviews, and documentation. The Equipment Division of PT Basuki Rahmanta Putra has a series of procedural stages in carrying out goods procurement, starting from submitting procurement request requirements to the actual procurement of goods.
