Abstract

This Field Work Practice Report entitled "Web-Based Membership Data Archiving Information System at BPJS Health Bekasi Branch" is one of the requirements to fulfill the Management Study Program course, Tri Bhaktri College of Economics. The writing of this report was obtained from the results of the writer's internship at BPJS Health. The aim of the research is to facilitate data archiving at the Health Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS). By using a web-based system, it is hoped that managers can be more efficient in managing archival data related to membership. The method used in this research is the waterfall method, which involves several stages such as software requirements analysis, design, program code creation, testing, and maintenance. This report focuses on three problem formulations, namely, how to archive web-based membership data at BPJS Health, the obstacles faced in membership administration and appropriate solutions to resolve existing obstacles. Research results regarding "Web-based Membership Data Archiving Information System at BPJS Health Bekasi Branch" explore how to make data archiving easier at the Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) Health. In this research, the current archiving system uses archive files that are stored specifically with the help of Microsoft Excel. However, this approach is considered ineffective because it can trigger data confusion and reporting to existing records. Therefore, this research designs a website-based computerized archiving system that can support managers' performance in managing archival data, especially in the collateral section.
