Abstract

This internship report discusses the implementation of the marketing mix at the Mutiara Mobilindo showroom, a used car sales company located in Bekasi. The main objective of this research is to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by the showroom, both digital and conventional, and how these strategies affect sales and customer satisfaction. Research was conducted through observation, interviews, literature study and documentation methods during the internship period. The research results show that the Mutiara Mobilindo showroom has adopted digital marketing through social media and marketplaces since 2017, which has significantly increased reach and interaction with customers. However, the main challenges faced are the lack of employee skills in digital marketing and the need to improve services to meet standard operating procedures (SOP). The proposed solution includes employee training and development of more effective marketing strategies to increase competitiveness and showroom sales.
