Abstract
This Internship Report aims to find out salary management in the Communication, Informatics, Statistics and coding using the SIMDA application. The data sources in this Internship Report use methods, namely observation and literature study. From the results of this Internship Report, it is known that the salary management process at the Communications, Informatics, Statistics and Coding Department is in accordance with the SOP that applies to the SIMDA application.
