Abstract

Field Work Practical Report for D3 Marketing Management Study Program, Tri Bhakti College of Economics entitled "Administrative Process at PT Deksha Orla Tranggana". Therefore, the author formulates the problems and objectives of the Administration Process at PT Deksha Orla Tranggana. This writing method involves collecting data through interviews, observation, literature study and documentation. The results of this research conclude that project administration plays a very important role in operational processes through the tasks carried out to create cost and time efficiency. Carrying out administration at PT Deksha Orla Tranggana has several problems such as fake notes, different stock items.
