Abstract

Jihan Indriani, This Internship Report titled "Implementation of Drinking Water Testing Services at the Water Technology Center" is a requirement for fulfilling the coursework in the Management Study Program at Tri Bhakti School of Economics. The content of this report is derived from the author's internship activities at the Water Technology Center, focusing on the research question: "How Does the Water Technology Center Conduct Water Testing?" The report aims to study the processes and procedures of water quality testing, assess customer satisfaction levels, and identify the strengths and weaknesses of the SIPANDU BTAM application. Additionally, this Internship Report seeks to address challenges encountered and propose policies that can enhance community participation in maintaining water quality. This report is expected to provide in-depth insights into the operations of the Water Technology Center, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the enhancement of service quality and public awareness regarding the importance of water quality.
