Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work environment and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Naga Swalayan The population in this study is Naga Swalayan employees, with the number of samples used in this research being 100 respondents, taken using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria being that respondents were aged 17-40 years. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS version 25 program. The research results showed that partially, the Work Environment and Work Motivation each had a positive and significant effect on PT. Naga Swalayan Employee Performance. Of the three independent variables, the quality of the work environment had the most dominant influence on Work Motivation. , with the highest beta value of 0.379 and a significance value of 0.000.
