Abstract

This internship report is prepared based on internship activities carried out at PT. Asia Energi Globalindo, a company engaged in the procurement of goods and services. The problem raised in this report is how the procedures for making bidding documents, purchasing, and collecting goods receivables are carried out effectively and in accordance with the company’s operational standards. The methods used in this internship are direct observation, interviews with administrative staff, and documentation of the work process. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that each stage from making bid documents to collecting receivables requires accuracy, data validation, and coordination between sections to avoid errors in transactions. The conclusion of this internship is that the implementation of systematic procedures and in accordance with SOPs can improve work efficiency and minimize the risk of administrative errors in company operations.
