Abstract

Internship Report of the Accounting Study Program, Tri Bhakti College of Economics entitled “Implementation of Customer Data Update Control in Information System at PT BPR DP Taspen Bekasi”. The purpose of making an internship report is to find out how the customer data update control procedure is. This research was conducted at PT BPR DP Taspen which is a company engaged in the banking business sector, the types of products offered are Credit, Savings, Deposits, and Service. Data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The result of this study indicate that the control of customer data updates at PT BPR DP Taspen has been carried out in accordance with applicable SOP and regulations. The procedure involves Customers, Customer Services, and APU PPT Staf. Although the procedure is in accordance with the SOP, there are still obstacles such as lack of response from customers and delays in weekly reporting from Customer Services.
