Abstract

Field Work Practice Report of the Management Study Programme, Tri Bhakti College of Economics entitled ‘Implementation of Financial Administration in the Management of Pension Funds and Claim Vouchers at PT Taspen Bekasi Branch’. The purpose of this internship is to directly understand the implementation of financial administration, especially in the process of managing pension funds and claim vouchers. The data methods used include observation, documentation, literature study and interviews. The results of this activity show that financial administration management at PT Taspen is carried out systematically and structured, but cannot be separated from several technical obstacles such as system errors and process delays due to the absence of key employees. These obstacles can be overcome through teamwork, effective communication and personal initiative from the practitioner. Through this internship activity, it provides benefits for the author and PT Taspen in understanding the importance of accuracy and efficiency in managing financial administration.
