Abstract

Field Work Practice Report of the Management Study Program, Tri Bhakti College of Economics entitled “Implementation of the Public Service Administration System at the Bekasi City Social Service”. The internship activity was carried out for two months and has a problem formulation, namely how is the implementation of the community satisfaction survey on public services at the Bekasi City Social Service, how do people think about the facilities at the Bekasi City Social Service and how do people think about the speed of services provided at the Bekasi City Social Service. The methods used are observation and interviews during field work practice. The results of the field work practice show that the Bekasi City Social Service in general, the community is quite satisfied with the services and facilities provided, especially in terms of service speed. However, there are still some obstacles such as the lack of public information on network system failures that often occur and hamper certain service processes. Therefore, it is necessary to improve and become material for evaluating service information systems to support more optimal services.
