Abstract

This Field Work Practice (PKL) report discusses the role of the Education Data System (Dapodik) in the disbursement process of performance allowance grants for Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers at the Education Office of Bekasi City. The distribution of performance allowances is a form of government appreciation for PAUD teachers, which in its implementation requires an accurate, efficient, and integrated information system. Dapodik is used as the basis for decision-making because it provides real-time teacher data. The purpose of this report is to understand how the Dapodik system supports the grant disbursement process and to identify obstacles encountered in practice. The methods used include observation, interviews, and literature study during the internship period. The findings show that Dapodik plays an important role in accelerating the verification process and minimizing administrative errors. However, challenges such as delayed data updates and inaccurate information caused by suboptimal data management at the school level were also found. The conclusion of this report states that the effectiveness of the Dapodik system greatly depends on the accuracy and completeness of the data entered by school operators.
