Abstract
This internship report discusses "Implementation of Service Quality in Daily Financial Administration of PT Sebastian Jaya Metal", with the aim of understanding and evaluating the implementation of service quality in the company's daily financial administration. The problem formulation in this report includes how the implementation of service quality is carried out and how the SAP and Accurate systems are utilized to support financial administration activities. The methods used in compiling this report include interviews, direct observation with related staff, daily work practices, and documentation of daily activities. Job descriptions carried out by the interns include recording petty cash transactions, inputting data into the SAP and Accurate systems, archiving financial documents, and reporting PPh 23 taxes. The results of this activity indicate that PT Sebastian Jaya Metal has implemented a technology-based administration system effectively although there are still several obstacles, such as late reporting and lack of HR optimization of the digital system. The findings in this report emphasize the importance of improving coordination, training in system use, and strengthening quality control to support more efficient, accurate, and responsive financial administration services.
