Abstract

This report is compiled based on field work practice activities carried out at CV. Amerta Sejahtera Insani in the Sales division during the period of April 1 to May 31, 2024. The purpose of this activity is to understand more deeply the Sales team's approach method in introducing CCTV products to consumers, especially through advertising media and canvassing techniques. During the internship, the author observed field activities, including the delivery of product information, direct interaction between sales staff and consumers, and the use of persuasive communication in attracting market attention. The results of the observations showed that a personal approach through canvassing proved to be quite effective in building closeness with consumers and expanding marketing reach. Advertising media also plays an important role in supporting CCTV product sales efforts for the Sales team. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the Sales team improve communication and mastery of advertising media for Sales staff so that sales results can continue to grow optimally.
