Abstract

This Field Work Practice Report titled "Utilization of Data and Service Innovation at the Bekasi City Dukcapil" is prepared as one of the academic requirements for the Management Study Program at STIE Tri Bhakti. This report is based on the internship activities conducted by the author in the Data Utilization and Service Innovation Division, Department of Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) of Bekasi City, from March to May 2025. This report aims to examine the utilization of data and service innovations in supporting the effectiveness of services at the Dukcapil of Bekasi City. The methods used include observation, interviews, participation, and documentation studies. The results show that data is used in verification, policy, and administration, while innovations such as digital queues, e-Open, and door-to-door services have increased efficiency. However, there are still obstacles such as the lack of internal digitization and limited access to information. This report provides an overview of the importance of data integrity and innovation, and serves as a practical learning tool for students.
