Abstract
This internship report focuses on the implementation of In House Training (IHT) at Sekolah Flora Bekasi and the dynamics of intergenerational work relationships within the school environment. During the internship, the author was directly involved in the administrative preparation, implementation, and evaluation of IHT, while also observing interactions among teachers from different generations. The IHT was carried out through stages of needs assessment, planning, delivery by facilitators, and final evaluation. The training themes included “Strengthening Human Resource Management in Educational Units” and “Learning Evaluation Based on Education Report Cards,” aimed at enhancing teachers’ competence in the Merdeka Curriculum and educational technology. Observations revealed several challenges, such as gaps in technological skills, limited facilities, and resistance to change among some senior teachers. Differences in communication styles and work values between generations also affected the effectiveness of collaboration. The school addressed these challenges through reverse mentoring, forming intergenerational teams, and conducting reflective forums. The implementation of IHT has proven not only to improve teachers’ skills but also to foster intergenerational synergy through the exchange of experiences and innovations.
