Abstract

Internship Report of Accounting Study Program, STIE Tri Bhakti with the title "Management of Part-time Tutor Commission Payments Based on Teaching Performance Using the Golden English Application (GEA) System at Golden English Course". This study aims to determine how the process of managing part- time tutor honorarium payments through the Golden English Application (GEA) which focuses on accounting information systems. This process includes inputting tutor and class data, verifying attendance through the GEA system, and storing honorarium recapitulations for payment purposes. The results of the study indicate that the GEA system has a significant role as a tool for recording teaching sessions, part-time tutor data. The research methods applied include observation, literature study, and interviews. This research was conducted at the Golden English Jatibening branch, which is a non-formal educational institution with a digital- based management system. The honorarium management process by the finance team has been well-structured and in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), starting from recording teacher data, checking attendance, to determining honorariums which are carried out regularly every month. With the GEA system implemented, the part-time tutor honorarium management process can be monitored and organized properly.
