Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the Work Environment and Work Discipline on the Performance of Employees of the Bekasi City Tourism and Culture Office. The sampling technique in this study uses a saturated sampling technique or census method using respondent criteria, namely employees of the Bekasi City Tourism and Culture Office. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary and secondary data sources. The population in this study is the Bekasi City Tourism and Culture Office. The sample in this study was 32 respondents. The analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate: (1) work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) work environment and work discipline variables have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. The results of the analysis of the Determination Coefficient test with SPSS version 30, the R Square value is 0.682 or 68.2% which means that the work environment and work discipline contribute 68.2% in influencing employee performance and the remaining 31.8% is influenced by other variables outside this study.
