Abstract
This internship program aims to enable students to understand and analyze the implementation and effectiveness of social media on Instagram and TikTok at Vida Bekasi, particularly the content creation processes at Vida Bekasi. The author aims to understand the implementation of content creation at Vida Bekasi and the effectiveness of the content created by the author. This study used an observational method during the internship. The conclusion of this report states that the implementation has been correct, but there are still several things that need to be improved, such as the content planning that is still not optimal and the lack of human resources in content creation. In terms of effectiveness, there are several things that are effective, such as the content created is always updated with information, but there are things that are less effective, because some content writers only work on the content themselves, so it is less than optimal. The author is placed in the Digital Marketing division. The purpose of writing this report is to fulfill the requirements of one of the courses. This writing provides the benefits and objectives of Field Work Practice (PKL), to establish relationships between universities and institutions where students practice internships, by applying the knowledge they have gained during their studies.
